Enjoying the interaction with nature, that is what the
garden and the gardening experience is. It is captivating seeing the process
unfold before you. As the gardener you take an active part by helping the
garden thrive, weeding, deadheading, planting, etc….As the visitor you also
take a part thru the enjoyment and pleasure of seeing nature, in all its glory,
right in front of you to wonder, appreciate and enjoy. Gardening also has a
result which can expand as we play our small part in making it thrive. As we go
along on this gardening process we deepen our appreciation of this natural
process of witnessing nature and plants doing their dance. Even if we can’t explain
why everything happens there is a sense of something great taking place.

Mae Rim
QSBG’s home in the mountains of northern Thailand is
situated in Mae Rim just a 40 minute drive from the heart of Chiang Mai. It is
extremely beautiful up here in the more rural mountain landscape where the busy
city life is left behind.
